"I contacted Calvin's for a 2nd opinion as my original HVAC repair person indicated my Coil needed to be replaced on a 5 year old unit, at a cost of $4,000. Calvin's diagnostic did not find a Coil problem, but a different minor leak, which saved me significant dollars. Calvin's could have simply confirmed the first diagnostic and charged a bit lower price, but they did not... Very communicative and responsible, provided pictures of everything - I would recommend them to anyone."

"When my air-conditioning was inspected in the spring 2023 two companies told me the coils were leaking. One company told me I need Compleat replacement at included pipes and duck-work, at a cost of $17,500. Calvin's advised me, as long as I was comfortable in my house, he would put some more coolant in the system, and I could have time to go through the summer and see how the system reacted. Well, I went through the summer but decided, at my leisure, to have a new unit installed by Calvin's rather than keep adding coolant which has gotten very costly. Calvins evaluation of what I needed was reasonable and honest. Calvin's men did the job in one morning. The new unit has been inspected and approved by the town and tested on a warm day by Calvin. I am very happy with Calvin's work. Their installers and office personnel are topnotch professionals. All carpeting leading to upstairs attic was covered. Debris was vacuumed up. Customer service was exceptional. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone of Calvin's staff."

"The technician was very profesional and knowledgeable, however there was a poor quality job done (see pictures after job was completed)I ended up cleaning that out by myself. They quoted me an evaporator coil replacement however the competition offered me a better option. Same brand as my equipment (carrier) because Calvin didn’t include me the dripping panel if I decided to choose the Carrier evaporator so ended up canceling with Calvin’s. Unfortunately I paid their membership plan hopefully I have a better experience for the next year."
