He came on time, he was pleasant, he completed the job, cleaned up all the glass in the back of the car, he cleaned up all the glass that fell from the shattered window, and even vacuumed all the area around the car. "11/30/23 called for a windshield replacement quote. TJ provided great customer service. Got me scheduled the very next day. 12/1/23 day of service TJ called to let me know what time he would be arriving. Replaced my windshield within 2 hrs. TJ made sure I had all pertinent information before leaving. I am very pleased with service from beginning to end. Update on 12/2/23: I removed the tape from my windshield and noticed big gaps in the windshield regarding the setting/molding. Took pictures and immediately called Glass doctors. Was told a manager would contact me on Monday. Fast forward to Monday 12/4/23, no call received until I called and informed the representative I had been waiting on a call. Kevin Garcia manager stated he would send the same tech out on Tuesday 12/5 to look at it. 12/5 TJ showed up after his appointment time and basically told me that the installation was correct. Said the windshield had the gaps because it was an aftermarket. I just couldn't believe the lack of accountability. I called back Wednesday 12/6 and spoke to Kevin, and he said that I needed to contact my insurance because they completed a perfectly good install. Today 12/9 I'm at Safelite getting repairs due to the original install being a complete fail by the Glass doctor. Attached before and after pictures of the job by the Glass doctor. I won't be using them again."

"AVOID if at all possible. INITIAL SERVICE WAS AWESOME DUDE THAT CAME OUT WAS NICE HONEST DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL ME WOULD HAVE BEEN EVEN BETTER IF HE DID HIS JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. A little while ago went in the bathroom next to one of the windows they replaced. I noticed my window seal had water damage on one corner called the glass doctor back to look at it. After having to call back because they refused to call and schedule with me for the warranty, I had to call and raise a stink so they could get me on the schedule. Once the technician came out under warranty he came inside. Looked at the water damage on the window seal and said he was going to go look outside. When he looked outside he noticed there was a spot that wasn't sealed. He told my wife he was going to seal it and he was done and he would send it back to warranty. Again they said I would hear something within 24 hours. I had to wait three to four days. Then I called them myself and at the end of the day they tried to say it is not their fault due to the seal not being made outside. They tried to give a bunch of excuses talking about it being the type of framing that I have. When I asked the guy if it was the framing wouldn't the whole window seal be wet and he said yes. Then I told him mine is only a corner then he tried to backtrack I am in the service industry myself and I pride myself in taking care of mistakes that have been made by my company. These guys do not stand behind their work nor their technician and then give you attitude and excuses on why they're not going to cover it. I will never recommend these guys again. I feel bad for the customers of mine that have already used them due to my recommendations. I hope they have no further issues."
