"Very slow techs. Manager Terry seems to be ok with 2 techs changing 4 drive tires in 1 hour. Should be half that time with 2 techs. One whole hour would be one tech. Ended up leaving and going to another Goodyear all the way in Dallas who as expected, took 1 hour with only the one tech doing my tires. Imagine that."
