"The Superior RV owner, Jamie, IS a liar and a cheat. We were traveling through Texas during a heatwave in July 2023 when our air conditioner stopped working in our RV. Jamie responded quickly and replaced it same day. We were impressed. He then said he saw mold on the roof and convinced us it needed to be replaced as storms were coming and our RV would leak. As newbies, we believed him and asked how long he would need it. He said 3-4 days. (I now know, from professional RV techs it takes longer than that to properly replace a 36’ roof) Trusting him, we took the RV to his business on a Thursday expecting it back on Monday or Tuesday as he stated. He said they would be working on it over the weekend to ensure we could make our next destination in time for a family reunion. Well it wasn’t ready and we began to doubt his word. He then blamed the delay on everyone else: the wrong color roof was sent, the sealant was bad, and parts were back ordered, etc. Once the roof was complete, there were huge gaps in the sealant and it looked like chewed bubblegum stuck on in globs. They also caused damage to wood trim and ruined our refrigerator. Once we got home and took it to our local and trusted RV Repair shop to inspect and repair his work we ended up spending over $2000 to fix the damage and incompetent work his team caused. Luckily, insurance covered part of the refrigerator or it would have cost nearly $4000. We discussed with him and he agreed to reimburse us. “Just send the invoice and I’ll Venmo the money.” We sent the invoice and told him we would sign the check for $16k he billed our insurance company for and send it to him once we received the payment from him. We later learned that his text messages in which he agreed to reimburse us were also lies. Instead, he convinced our insurance company to mail him a replacement check directly. In reviewing the bill he sent to the insurance company we saw it is partially fabricated resulting in thousands of dollars in overpayment. He also deposited the check, without my endorsement, into his bank account. So he has knowingly committed insurance AND bank fraud. Others have indicated the same experience in reviews. Do not use this company."

"We thought we found our go to folks to keep our Tiffin Allergo Bus 45OP in good working order. I'm wondering if they're out of business?? In November we brought our coach to them to help us fix our slide. We were told to be there at 8:30am. We're used to service techs being late but they didn't get to their own office until 9:45. I was late to an appointment. THEN, we had them do our annual maintenance on our Aquahot system. They needed a part but then they've never called us back to finish the work!! We've tried 6 times!! No answer. We just had another repair guy come do the aquahot service and we're told the previous attempt damaged the fuel lines!! That's why I've smelled diesel while i sleep!!! They also screwed on the fuel filter on incorrectly which caused diesel to pool in the bottom. We've been full time 3 5yrs. Don't use these folks. Very unaccountable, unpredictable and unprofessional."
