"Please take video when allowing this contractor in your home! The contractor took things apart in the restroom, later shut the water off to our home to continue his service but was unable to repair the issue. He put things back and turned the water back on to the home. We were told a part needed to be ordered from Delta since it would be covered under their warranty. After he left we attempted to turn the water on in the tub to clean the area from his visit and the water continued to run FULL FORCE even in the off position and the water in the house will not get hot. None of this was happening before the service call. The problem is clearly worse and beyond our original reason for requesting service; however, when contacted, the contractor reported he only took pictures and didn’t touch anything! The supervisor called and the “resolution” was for them to come back out and we pay them for the part vs using the warranty (quoted one price on call which I recorded and then got another call for more at which point we declined) just so we can turn the water on in our home without the bathroom flooding for the holiday. We missed our nephew’s birthday dinner dealing with this issue and the “customer service” call that was beyond frustrating. We are completely frustrated and just feel stuck and unsure who to trust or depend on! Peace of mind?!? Absolutely NOT!!!!!"
