"Poor customer service! I had an appointment for 2-4 pm and I didn’t here from anybody till I called them at 3:45. I was told the tech was running a little late. They sent me the tech’s number and I called him at 4:50 and he told me he was 5-10 minutes out. At 5:30 he still wasn’t here and there was no answer at the office. Wasted my afternoon waiting for them not to show up. ///// The tech finally showed up at 7:30pm. Once he was here he did a great job!"

"I have used this company 2 times now and the service was fantastic. They help with keeping the cost down and do an excellent job. The tech was professional and friendly. The company rep I spoke to was empathetic to the situation. Having been broken into 2 times in less than 6 months I received same day service at a reasonable price. I am so glad companies like this still exist today. They care and make it seem like it’s normal business while understanding what we have gone through! Just could not be happier with these guys!"
