"We purchased a Howard Miller clock from NFM that ended up being damaged by their delivery team. NFM sent their "clock person" out and spent a total of 10 minutes looking at the clock and said the the clock was broken and that they would just take the clock back. I felt as though he wasn't an ACTUAL clock person and decided to call Adam and Sara. Long story short Adam was able to fix our broken clock with only the tools he brought with him.. His rates are VERY reasonable and it left me feeling that I should of paid them more. I really hope you give this team a call because they will explain EVERYTHING about your clock, which is not what we got from Nebraska Furniture Mart.. I can not thank Adam and Sara enough for their customer service and professionalism.."
