"They started with watching my Great Dane Jack on a couple hours notice for a week long trip due to another dog watcher cancelling last second. They were gracious and accepted and took wonderful care of him! He gets so excited to go back! I have used them multiple times now and even had them start watching my other dog Nairobi who typically does not do well with strangers and has tons of anxiety but her nub starts wagging now when she sees we are pulling up to Delgados Pet Boarding! They are always available, respond within 30 minutes of any message I send them, and send me video updates of my dogs when they are in their care. I can’t imagine trusting Jack and Nairobi with anyone else."
