"Brought our custom built gaming PC to this guy 2x. The first time he did a decent job, replaced the part that had burned out on us and explained the mistake we made when putting it together that caused the issue. Our PC worked well afterwards for a few years. Because he'd done a decent job the first time, when we started having crash issues we couldn't figure out on our own we brought the same computer to him a second time. He replaced a part but it did not fix the crashing issue, and he was saying it didn't crash because of the type of bench our computer was plugged into or something to that effect. Since the problem we brought the computer to him for was not fixed he was supposed to take it back and try again and it was supposedly under his warranty, but he was suddenly INCREDIBLY difficult to get ahold of. Would not answer calls or texts. We were NEVER able to get in touch with him after that and have been totally ignored. Obviously since he was paid to fix a specific issue and did not we feel pretty screwed especially when taking his "warranty" into consideration. We're incredibly disappointed and will be taking our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same if you don't want to be ghosted when this guy can't fix your issue."
