"AVOID!!!!!! ALL LIARS ......If i could do half a star i would but then again they aren't even worth that. I was saving money to get 4 new tires put on my grandmother's car. So i called and asked if they could put a spare tire on......the guy said "they didn't have the tools for a job like that" i was like uhhhhhh ok and of course took my business elsewhere and discount tire did it for FREE."

"Horrible. I went to the store for 4 new tires and waited for 2 hours just to get told “they couldn’t perform the service because they couldn’t get the lug nuts loose.” I had called before hand and told them it had to be done today because I was driving out of town tonight and now it’s after 5 and every where else is closed. These rims and tires were put on less than 2 years ago by another tire shop that didn’t have any problem getting the lug nuts loosened or tightened. Then afterwards the customer service was DESPICABLE. Pathetic really. Don’t even waste your time by trying to come here."

"Brought my car in for an oil change after work, was told it’d take about an hour if I’m okay waiting. Said okay and went inside the Walmart to shop while I waited. An hour goes by, no call or text like I was prompted. I had to go find my car left outside the shop, with the keys locked up somewhere inside. After asking multiple employees how I can get my car back they sent me to customer service to retrieve my keys and tell me they did not do the oil change due to not having the filter. I waited an hour without my car at Walmart with no instructions other than we will call you. All the while the auto employees were already at home sitting on their couch’s. Wasted my time and I will never return for auto services."

"Change from 1 Star to a 5 Star. Just because of only one man. That was willing to look up My warranty I had on a product. When no one else back there really cared if I had a warranty or not. I wished I knew the elderly man name. I guess with age comes knowledge. Knowledge is power. That man has a heart of gold and always willing to help.
