"Comforts Masters is a stand up company. They will not be the cheapest but they honor everything they say and it will be done right! . It stated in the contract that my house would be left in as good or better condition. When the installation was being done, the technician accidentally put his foot through my ceiling. Within minutes, I received a call from the office telling me that it would be taken care of at no charge. Needless to say it was fixed and it looks better than before. No questions asked. Every person I have dealt with has been very respectful and treats you the way a. Customer should be treated. The customer service is second to none. They stand behind what they say. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Great company."

"I am so grateful to Comfort Masters Heating & Air Conditioning of Fort Worth, Texas. My heating was not working. So I contacted my home warrenty company and they sent me a heating specialist person to fix my problem. After checking the device in the attic and then the unit outside, he told me I needed to replace the device in the attic costing $5590.00! I simply did not trust that quote. I called Comfort Masters and talked with the kindest receptionist I have ever encountered. She actually calmed me down and stated she would send a specialist early in the morning with a free second opinion. Jeremy, the specialist, was amazing! He inspected the device in the attic, my unit outside, and the thermostat. He concluded nothing was wrong with my heating system, adjusted the air ducts, and explained what he had done. When I offered to pay for the visit, he reminded me a second opinion is free. This company has a 3 level - plan Savings Club Program to keep my system operating smoothly throughout the year. I am participating in a plan and I highly encourage everyone who sees this review to do the same. As a widow of a veteran who is on a limited budget, this amazing company saved me $5590.00! They were the only group available to come out next day and they showed their knowledge and expertise by telling us exactly what was going on with our system.
