"Great place to bring your fur baby to get groomed. We were looking for a place to board our 3 kittens for 2 weeks in Feb 2024. The area where the cats are looked very nice. Was clean and even had some windows so cats can look outside if they want. Will update in 2024 to say how it went. Joy isbour prfered groomer. She does a great job. The o ly person we let groom our chihuahuas."

"Staff was unprofessional and did not seem to know what they were doing, nor could they answer any of our questions with certainty. Upon dropping our dogs off, they never asked us important questions, such as feeding (how much/often, can the dogs be fed together or does it need to be separate) medicine, behaviors, etc. They did not document anything regarding to the care of our dogs. No paperwork was given to us either. They also even stated that they don’t chart when dogs have been fed, so who knows if our dogs missed a meal or not. When we left, we felt very nervous and sad for our dogs. When we picked up our dogs, again, there was no information on how our dogs did or anything. We were missing several items that we had brought in. One of our dogs had a severe injury to her paw, with no hair and open raw skin. None of the staff noticed her paw, which is a red flag, as they should be looking out for dogs and signs of distress, and to care for them. I asked the kennel manager to have the owner contact me, and we have not heard back since. In addition to that, our bucket of dog food was empty when we picked them up, and the bucket had enough food to feed both dogs for over a month, our dogs were here for 2 weeks. So what happened to all the food? Also, we requested that our dogs get play time with my moms 2 dogs, who were also boarded here (but they are smaller), and the owner said that she would make sure they had yard time together, since they all live together at home and we wanted to make sure they got to see each other. Well, once we picked them up, it was obvious the dogs had not seen each other since we dropped them off. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to bring their dogs here. This was our first time boarding, and this experience makes us not want to board our dogs again. The owner is nice, but she could use better staffing that knows what they are doing, asks the right questions, and truly looks after our dogs."

"Please beware! I dropped my 2 dogs off on a Wednesday at 6:00pm and picked up on Friday at 6:00pm. 2 days!!! That’s what I was quoted. They charged by 2 days + $36 ($18/dog) for a boarding charge. Compared it to a hotel. This, after I spent $1200 with them last summer. Beware of their shady billing practices. I will never go back!!!"

"They did a great job taking care of my dogs including my elderly dog. The wash was a great service as well. It was so nice to bring home clean pets after boarding and all for a very affordable price!"

"Julie, Tina and staff have been caring for my dogs since they were pups. They always come home healthy. I tell them “let’s go see Julie” and they hop in the car and walk right into the yard. More like a farm than a luxury kennel with people you can trust to take care of your pups (and cats, and bird, and bearded dragons)."
