"customer with the 2004 silver Jeep that paid you $2802 on July 10th for a job to put in a rebuilt transmission. You said the new transmission shipped July 26. You said the rebuilt transmission was needing repair due to third gear not working. It’s now November and I haven’t seen or heard much about the transmission. This has taken much longer than I was excepting. I need my money back. Here we are in December still haven’t heard from this guy. Total thief. Do not take your Jeep here!"
