They found out that piers were already installed and didn't do anything but when they were finished all my walls were pulled back together and the gapping that was happening next to my garage trim. "We called Westex foundation right after we read the reviews. Hands-down I knew this was a company that we should go with. We got signed up put on the calendar. Work was done. 30-45 days later we noticed one of the rooms were still lacking its foundation. So we called back and requested a reinspection. Westex sent one of his supervisors to come inspect the job once again. He then told me that it needed more repair, but then also stated that that board down there was super rotten. First of all, I don’t know why it wasn’t replaced from the get-go for the amount that we paid. I have requested pictures from the beginning so just in case we do sell the house I could show proof that the foundation was in fact repaired. We never received those picture after multiple requests. So we got put on the calendar once again for the repair that wasn’t repaired the first time Office will call to confirm, office will call to ask how we were treated are we satisfied etc. I get a call back stating that someone else will be coming to repair what needed to be fixed. My husband took a day off to be here while they are here and stated they would return they, they never came back that same day and didn’t complete the job . The job that wasn’t completed on Wednesday, so they would be back on Friday. Employee called and stated anothe individual would be on his way, but never showed up . (subcontractor) called and made arrangements for the following day. I took Friday off for the original warranty repair, instead made an appointment for Saturday . This is Saturday and we’re still waiting when I have lots of plans for today. it’s not the sub-contractors fault, I’m sure he is working us in on his schedule. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. So disappointed!"
