At the other stores, I waited 20-30 minutes before even talking to anyone, and both places told me the problem was motherboard related and couldn't be fixed, so I'd need a new phone. I came here soon before closing and didn't have to wait at all for service. And instead of dismissing me since we came late in the day, the owner mentioned I could run an errand while he worked on it and come back after the phone had time to charge, etc. I came back 30 minutes later, and the phone was working great!
