"If I could give a negative star, I definitely would. HORRIBLE customer service, everyone is extremely rude. Especially Francisco Campos and Kathleen Hensley whoever made you have a bad day, don't reflect it to the customers please. You need to compose yourselves before you get in to work and leave your bad attitude outside the work place. You both definitely need more customer service training. Cecilia Cossyleon was nice, you two should try to learn from her."

"I used them in the past and service was great so I decided to use them again. Worst mistake ever! After paying for the insurance to get started I then found out they don’t offer a certain amount for comp and collision. So I asked to cancel the policy. I was told it would get canceled and refunded and got ignored for three days. A guy named Nick was extremely rude and unprofessional. Maria was unprofessional by not returning my calls or emails. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for a paper check in the mail. When they could easily put the money back on my card. This is insane and I do not recommend. The process was stressful!"
