"A friendly piece of advice,stay away from this pharmacy. Especially if your health depends on your meds because the employees here simply don’t care. They’ll wait weeks on certain occasions to put in your order and then act confused why it’s not in. Absolutely horrible people."

"The pharmacy department was very rude and hung up on me. It was not an accident. I called to find out what my doctor had to write on the prescription BEFORE submitting it making sure to follow all directions EXACTLY as CVS told me. Doctor did as asked. Called afterwards to confirm. Told that they thought they had enough but when they actually saw the prescription come in for my doctor they realized they did not have enough pills and would have to special order. I was even fine with this mistake and today I get a text that it is too soon. Nope I call in and tell them I followed their directions EXACTLY. Had doc write early fill as per CVS request. She then becomes verbally abusive and tells me to take my business to another pharmacy! They messed up and she is getting made at me! Unbelievable! I ask for her name and job title so I can file a complaint with the corporate office and she hangs up on me! I warn you if you are dependent on serious medication don't take chances with your health and you medication. Go get it somewhere else."

"Generally I’ve had great service, but today was different. Talked to pharmacy on the phone at 11am and they confirmed they would fill my prescription. I said I’d pay out of pocket, as it was too early to fill with my insurance and I needed it for travel. I arrived at 4:30pm and it’s not filled, nor in the system as ordered (mind you, I’ve had this prescription filled here many times). Given they were closing at 5pm, I said it’d be okay if they filled 5 vs 30 days, if it was quicker. They refused to fill it, even though I’m unable to pick it up in the morning due to a flight. They said I must have called a different pharmacy, however I read them the# from my call history and it is this pharmacy. Really disappointed."
