"The staff is great here and the store is typically always clean. However, if you come at the wrong time of the day, good luck even getting into the parking lot with all of the Teslas lined up waiting to charge. I tried entered the lot on a Sunday at 8PM only to have no way of entering due to the entrance being completely blocked."
"1. The Drive Up was changed and no signs were put up for the new location. 2. At around 5:45-5:50pm, there was a rude worker that kept making aggressive gestures and when I tried to ask about the Drive Up, he didn’t even let me ask, he just told me to move due to trying to bring the carts inside, which I understand but there’s no need to be rude, and since he didn’t let me talk I showed him and he finally told me where to go. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t even provide proper customer service."
"This Target store is making the company look bad. The in store pick option should not exist for this location. You're better off grabbing the items yourself because they're either going to make you wait 30 minutes, or they're going to forget something. While you wait, security will accuse of some nonsense. Avoid this store. Cicero location is not too far away."
"The Starbucks employee Delia is very rude and ask me to empty the cup and ask to eat the ice when I try to get a refill. And finally, she give me a refill and she charged me on purpose and I don’t even know until I left."
"Very busy target, it’s always packed! Store still manages to have store clean and organized. Easy to find staff who are always helpful . Like the fact when you need something that isn’t in the shelf the employees are willing to pull from the back. Clean bathrooms and fitting room. Their children clothing seems to be always low on stock. Love their fast service for drive up options."
