Costco Wholesale

"I had a great time at Costco – plenty of parking, a tempting bakery, a wide selection of meats, and a variety of clothes to browse. It was an enjoyable visit with so much to see. However, the recurring membership fee of $120.00 seems a bit high for me. I'm not familiar with the different price plans, but I'm interested in finding a more affordable membership option for one person. Any suggestions for a cheaper plan? Recurring charges are smh.."

"I ordered Costco online from this location. First of all, the box was already opened because they taped just single layer and it wasn’t even properly attached to the box. And lotion and candy packages were already opened. Fortunately, nothing missed. The liquid dish soap bottle was broken… probably there was too much space inside of box, so I guess it broke while it was delivering. Soap was everywhere:/ I contacted customer service and they will replace the soap but they should be careful with their packaging."

"I was very unhappy with my visit to Costco. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes in line to check out, the lines where very long and unorganized. The cashier was slow and rude, and she didn't even apologize for the delay. To make matters worse, I had a terrible experience at the vision center. I wanted to buy some eyeglasses, but the man who was supposed to help me was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He ignored me when I asked him some questions, and he gave me the wrong answers. The other two lady’s there seem very professional while helping others but not the guy taking care of me. I will never go back to this Costco store again. They have poor customer service and they don't care about their customers. I would advise anyone to avoid this place."
