"I had my prescription sent there because it closer to my house. I ask " Karen" about my prescription she ask me were they Ibupofen and I said yes then she tell me she know nothing about that. How do you what they are if you do not know I had to call First scripts in order for me to get my stuff. They only treat their people with respect. They don't like Black and Brown people. I had my Meds switched to Walgreens where they know how to treat people with respect."

"these people are so rude. one of the pharmacists is pretty nice though but he isn’t enough to keep my business since everyone else here sucks at customer service. i only choose to fill my rx here for convenience sometimes since it’s downstairs from my doctors office. every. single. time. has been some BS! they straight up ignore you when you approach the window for service. literally, they won’t even look at you and i know they see people waiting to be helped. i asked the stupid old lady tanya (i think?) a question and she put her hands up and just walked away. they’re lucky i had patience the last time i used their pharmacy or i would’ve let them know exactly how i felt about their services. never again though. i would prefer to support a small business but at least walgreens has nice people who don’t ignore you when you’re trying to give them your business and insurance money. nathan pharmacy sucks. train your people to pay attention to customers and not treat everyone like an invisible burden."
