"The staff are always nice but this place is always out of stock of everything and the pharmacy wait is always a minimum 30-45 wait."

"Literally ALMOST 11 ON NEW YEARS, I had an emergency and was able to get a prescription called in, and they got it done within the hour. It was so fast, so sweet, no issues of any kind whatsoever, low copay. Claudia at the pharmacy was very very very sweet, we spoke over the phone and in person. A big thank you to Claudia and the pharmacy staff for being open on New years, you guys really came through for me. Thank you Walgreens!!!"

"I thought about not making a review since there are so many 1 star pharmacy reviews, but today has been an absolute nightmare... More than usual, because usually it's also terrible. Our Dr called in the prescription and this Walgreens pharmacy told the Dr 30 it will be ready in 30 min. We show up 2 hrs later, after waiting another 30 min on a line, and the pharmacist said it would take 2 more hours. We call in 3 hours later, and for some reason the automated teller is of no use because there is no record of a prescription under our phone #. After a 50 min hold time to get to a human the line dropped... called in again and someone answered after 30 min ONLY because my spouse called into the main line to talk to a store manager to tell the pharmacist to pick up the phone. They told us to come in 30 more minutes to pick up the prescription. I would rather go to hell than this pharmacy. It is the only one nearby so we are stuck. They obviously don't care about fixing the problem... These one star pharmacy reviews go on for years."

"I feel bad for the staff at this pharmacy as it’s clearly understaffed. Yesterday I had to wait 40 minutes for a prescription because there were only 2 people working the registers and there were at least 17 in line."

"This Walgreens pharmacy has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. I understand they are busy, they have certain regulations to follow, etc. What I cannot understand is it taking 48-72 hours to fill a medication that is not a controlled substance, is due for a refill, and is harmful/potentially life threatening if doses are missed. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of them over the phone so to get any answers you must go there and wait for at least 30 minutes to speak with someone. At which point you will find out your prescription has not been filled and the staff seems very irritated to answer any questions or help you and will all give you different answers about what is going on. Maybe this location could use some additional support from a corporate level."
