"I stopped to pick up a couple medications through the drive thru, sat for a long time before anyone acknowledged me, they said they'd be right with me, I sat for even longer, and finally had to leave without my meds so I could make it to work on time. I stopped again after work, sat in line for a long time, and finally went inside. Turns out they DO have people working in the pharmacy."

"Terrible - slow, rude, inaccurate information."

"Really rude women in the pharmacy department. I called to ask a medicine a availability question. She mumble something under her breath and said something over the phone. Said she that question couldn't be answer over the phone. I told her I been calling over the phone looking for this medication, that's when she mumble something and said "well at this Walgreens we don't answer that question over the phone""

"Nothing against the employees here who are trying their best but whoever manages this walgreens needs to properly staff the pharmacy. I should not have to wait an hour for my covid booster while I watch the understaffed pharmacists running around like chickens with their head cut off trying to multitask so many different things. Understaffing workers like this can lead to more problems than people just waiting a long time. Please properly staff and treat your employees humanely."

"Repeatedly got orders wrong, would have to keep coming back week after week for same order. Would often sit at “order received” & had to call in for movement. Constantly huge line, 30 min average wait on phone & will sometimes hang up. Avoid at all costs."
