Walgreens Pharmacy 925 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093

"Normally calling Walgreens Pharmacy is something I dread doing -- as the wait time/hold is typically long and once I am finally put in contact with an actual human oftentimes my answers/issues are not met or resolved easily. In other words, the process of working with Walgreens Pharmacy across the country in my experience has been painful due to the time it typically takes and the willingness of the staff to assist and resolve whatever it may be. However, this all changed once I started going to the Walgreens Pharmacy Location at 925 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093. While generally speaking the response time from this location is better than other locations, what is particularly worth noting is the one Pharmacist John. On more than one occasion he has helped me significantly and goes above and beyond in assisting the patients. Throughout all the pharmacies I have visited, and all the pharmacists I have interacted with, John has by far been the best for countless reasons. Not only does he actively respond and quickly resolve problems or questions but he is kind while doing so. He also always provides updates which is greatly appreciated. All in all, my experience at this location and with the Pharmacist John in particular has been wonderful and in many ways he has now set a high standard that I wish all locations could meet! I hope that he gets the recognition that he so greatly deserves! Thank you!"

"Unbelievably POOR service at the pharmacy. Could not locate records, when we called, were put on hold repeatedly for 35 minutes. No responsibility at all. Nasty people there. Seriously."
