"Very clean and organized. The pharmacy is really great. The only complaint that I have is sometimes when I’m checking out where you go side your debit card, The machine doesn’t work so you have to go to the ATM and withdraw money (it’s happened to me and I’ve seen that happened to people about 500 times so far).. this is a constant problem as I’m here 3 to 4 times a week. I like this location because I live a few houses down and it’s quick and convenient."
"The worst walgreens I've even been to. Unfortunately, I have been coming here for last 9 months but I'm done as of today. Pharmacy the slowest ever - and I mean girls who work there are just chatting and won't acknowledge customers in a line. Nobody ever is at drive through. Prices on the shelves do not match prices they scan at a register. And just negative atmosphere."
"I totally agree with others here. The staff at checkout are for the most part unprofessional. I have been shopping here for many years and Rosa has ALWAYS been a know-it-all and argumentative. My experience with her today takes the cake AND I do not think she was working at the time but was in line behind me. Giving me grief for not standing on a floor sticker even though I was most assuredly a good 10 feet away from the nearest person. I could understand the floor sticker obsession if there were more cashiers present but there was only one register open, I was more than far enough away from the next person. The guidelines from the State of Illinois specifically states 6 feet, which I was. I do not think she is in the right position for her abrasive personality."
"This pharmacy has some excellent workers but just not enough. There’s always a huge line and the hours are weird. I have frequently tried to pick up a prescription more than once and failed either because they changed their hours, were unexpectedly closed, or had a long wait. For the level of business they just need twice the staff and more consistent, longer hours."
"I was reading the noice on my screen when the cashier pressed the button for me. She cancelled something about my beauty rewards. She was trying to convince me that she didn’t cancel the rewards... but I needed/ wanted the points. She said it had nothing to do with points. So I told her it tracked what I spent on beauty. She told me I wasn’t taking an action, so she pressed the button without asking. I told her I didn’t take an action because I was reading. So I asked her not to do that next time, so that I could read and decide. She then said she was sorry. And asked if I wanted a manager... The way I got any words in was if I interrupted her. I couldn’t even tell her whether or not I wanted a manager because she wouldn’t stop talking. She was trying to project the entire misunderstanding on me. As she kept talking and talking. She had no idea what was going on. So, instead I pulled out my debit card and said I should leave. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve had at any Walgreens in the few states I’ve lived in. I do NOT recommend this store."
