"Very good staff and always taking care for Coustomer"
"I have been visiting this pharmacy for over 15 years. All of the technicians are very friendly and helpful. I really like the pharmacists - they know me by name and often ask about my family and how we are doing. The line inside moves quickly and when I do have an insurance issue they work to help me resolve it. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy."
"Went in for my booster. I have a less than mild cold with some congestion, and I've tested negative for Covid. The CDC says you can get a booster with a mild cold, and I also checked in with primary who gave me the OK. The pharmacy turned me away. I mentioned the CDC guidelines and the OK from my primary. They said 'yeah people are getting wrong info from some website'. 'Some website', try the CDC. Not great listening skills. I'll go somewhere more competent."
"I wouldn’t even be mad if someone would have just communicated that my prescription wasn’t able to be filled. Instead, I filled it on Saturday, called Wednesday night and was told my order was “put on hold” because my insurance didn’t approve it because of something ANOTHER Walmart pharmacy had done. Nobody reached out to let me know my order was “put on hold” (their words) and then I was told I had to call the new Lenox pharmacy and “fight them on it”. Called new Lenox, let them know the situation, they put me on hold for 30 seconds and then fixed the issue for me. Worth the 40 minute drive to the other location"
"Ever since the new management in this department all I can say is they really need to straighten out a lit here. They are unorganized. They don't have any customer skills. I am supposed to get a refill every three months. They state that I already got my three month refill when all they gave me was a 30 day refill. When I asked that they look into the matter all I got was "Well our records show"...... like their records can't be wrong? So now I have to do without the prescription for 2 months, because they won't even spend 2 minutes to actually look into the matter. Very poor management here. The employees they have running around the pharmacy have no clue at all. Anyway, it's not like the prescription is something I can get addicted to. I had triple bypass surgery a couple years ago and the prescription is to keep my cholesterol in check. Why would I lie about this type of drug? Needless to say, I'm done with this pharmacy. I'm sure there are others that are more professional and actually know what they are doing."
