"If I was severely Sick and took meds .. I would not be able to depend on this pharmacy. Inconsistent and unprofessional. When I call I’m on hold and yes I call at the right times not around break hours. I understand that it’s a possibility of being busy but acknowledge a caller at least. Because of being unsuccessful with phone calls, I decided to find time to go to the pharmacy myself, and I feel like turn over there is so high.. a new face every visit and no one seems to learn how to save the correct information into the system, for people who have more then one insurance policy to help with copays. I should not have to repeat the process and steps it takes for my medication to be made and delivered to me.. it took this pharmacy 3 weeks of so call investigating while I’m without medication. Meanwhile o had to call my previous pharmacy DOWNTOWN and they delivered my meds the next day. Also if you don’t have great customer service then don’t speak to the customer. Learn how to delegate proper instructions to your trainees so they can assist better. Because the women who basically shoved and rushed me out the way ( when the pharmacy was dead inside just 1 guest after) really made me feel unwelcome. I will not need your services anymore, I would just deal with my previous pharmacy that actually care and know what their doing."

"Very busy pharmacy, but staff is very competent and tend to help customers fast and efficiently. They don't always have the exact amount of medication I need in stock but they work with you and your doctor to get the rest to you as quickly as possible, whether that is sending you to another local pharmacy or special ordering medication for you to be available before you run out of whatever they were able to give you from on hand. They are very knowledgeable if you have questions about insurance as well you just might have to wait a few minutes until they are free to help answer questions."
