"Usually I have a good experience. My prescription was put in about 2 1/2 hours of closing. I walked in 30 minutes before closing was on hold in line for 10 minutes while the pharmacist was dealing with another customer. Only 1 person on staff. Despite me explaining the importance of me obtaining my medication and the hassles that I go through. They would not accommodate me. I was told that if I wanted it today that I needed to call and make sure that they could have it. I've never had somebody tell me that before. Oh well I suppose.... I'm a 30 minute round trip to this location and I usually come here because my experience is excellent. For that this place still receives 4 stars. I will continue to visit this pharmacy regardless. One bad experience doesn't make everything. I do believe it was unacceptable and that I was not taken seriously. Probably an off day. This place is usually prompt, and exceptionally accommodating. Just disappointed that I'm going to have an off day tomorrow. Happy President's Day everyone!."

"This place used to be great and the pharmacists are still friendly and helpful, but they now often don't have prescriptions in stock and I've had to wait up to a week for them to fill them. Maybe it's Kroger's influence but we can't use them anymore."

"Absolutely horrendous customer service from an older female Pharmacist. I came in happy to see no line, as I needed to fill a prescription for my baby. The pharmacy tech assisted me and allowed me to pay as I mentioned I’m on my lunch brake. She stated the pharmacist needs to verify it before she hands it to me. Then the pharmacist left to the bathroom while I waited. When she came back I told her I’m waiting for her to verify a prescription already paid for, she said she’s busy and has other things to do first. Then she proceeded to take calls and for 15 minutes making it obvious that she will do anything to prolong assisting me. I asked the tech if there is any was to expedite it as there was no one in line before me, and now I’m waiting over 20 minutes, she said no it’s all up to the pharmacist, who interrupted her phone call to say she “doesn’t want my prescription and to take it somewhere else”."
