"It took 2 hours and 7 people for someone to finally help me locate and confirm my daughter was admitted there after she had been blowing my phone up and I kept showing them the numbers and they agreed those were numbers from their facility but they could not locate what unit she was on and could not locate her in their systems according to the receptionist in the multiple people I spoke to you over the phone. It was the security guards and not the employees of the facility that finally helped me locate her location just so I could drop her off some clothing and hygiene and snacks and then they discharged her the next night instead of keeping her for her mental issue help which she truly needed to be there for at least 2 weeks to 30 days. All the resources they provide you with have unreal waiting times some up to two years or if someone needs to be on medications they can't stay at this location because their medication free. I know this place helps a lot of people but they're not helping her."
