"Dr. Noel first saw me in the psychiatric hospital after a suicide attempt when I was 12. He diagnosed me and treated me until I was 30. He saved my life. He never failed to listen to my concerns, or let me share at my own pace. Not once did he ever judge me or make me feel uneasy. He does have a nervous countenance, lol, but I have never known a psychiatrist to have such a sincere desire to aid his patients. I HIGHLY reccomend him! His staff is exceptional as well! If I hadn't moved, I would have had him treat me until his retirement. If you have had poor psychiatrist before, please give Dr noel a chance. He will change your life."
