"The staff completely rude and disrespectful. They must have borderline personality disorder the way their treat clients. I have to literally beg to have communication to my therapist about my care or medication. The almighty answering team blocks all messages and speaks to you very condescendingly. They play with you medication and holds your medication hostage for a follow up appointment. Mind you nobody for the office staff takes accountability for scheduling the follow up appointment. As a patient it is your responsibility to know the doctor schedule and secure a place. As long as they take your money that’s all that matters. So I usually am seen every 3 months. So all my medication was filled for refills except one and that was denied so I would call and make an appointment in 4weeks instead of my normal schedule. It’s really sad the medication you can be prescribed and then have someone play with you medicine know being taken off suddenly can have deadly consequences. I have more anxiety dealing with my mental health with this staff. If you have an option for a better treatment plan elsewhere you’re lucky. You don’t even need one hand to count the positive interactions because you probably won’t have one."

"One of the doctors, Dr. Garima Arora, was taking money from my daughter, her patient, without me knowing. When I spoke to Phong (no last name provided, guessing maybe a owner) he laughed. Beware of this place! Be sure to keep up with all interactions if you decide to move forward! My daughter suffers from lingering remnants of a TBI."

"It has been years since I went to go see my doctor who had unfortunately passed I knew he was battling cancer and I am sorry to hear that he did pass he was a great man. The last time I went to go see him was back in 2020 and after that my life got busy trying to stay afloat I missed several appointments and had an open balance. I called today to try to rectify all this and get an appointment with a new doctor The receptionist did not want to deal with me did not want me to pay the open balance did not want to set me up with a new psychiatrist and really just told me in the rudest bluntest way that the doctor had passed. I think we all understand that our jobs are hard even if you do enjoy it but it is absolutely inexcusable to be rude to somebody you know has mental issues I can see why this association has so low reviews"

"I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was the rudest person I have ever conversed with. I just wanted to talk to a Doctor about some of my mental issues, but apparently the receptionist won't get you on the schedule if she is in a bad mood. It was such a terrible experience. I wonder how many people end up with MORE mental issues after having to deal with that lady Amazing."

"I am very disappointed about this place. Despite the fact that Dr. Gary seemed excellent and I really liked her sessions. THE MANANGENT IS THE WORST. This person Jose Gonzalez who is an assistant and treats people in a derogatory manner "gave me wrong information. " When I called to ask for the manager, the manager (Paul I think that is his name) had already taken biases in favor of Jose, and practically called me a liar - He said he couldn't believe anything I was saying because Jose would never give the wrong information to patients. LOL Now I think is funny, but they are not professional and they don't do good business.... This place sucks! I wish the Doctors were more involved in these processes."
