Walgreens Pharmacy

"Horrible customer service and pharmacy always takes forever to fill prescriptions. They give you an estimated time but yet it doesn't get filled until hours later or even until the next day."

"Used to be pretty good, and convient. However i was talking to a pharmacist and found out they're really short staffed and they cut their hours. No more 24 hour pharmacy, thats why i used to keep coming here, because it was so convient and i could just grab my meds in a pinch. But now, the lay offs and the cut hours make the wait lines unbearable. Im currently in the drive through theres 8 cars ahead of me (counting both lanes). And i know the inside looks the same. Its really annoying and its not the fault of the workers, you can tell theyre stressed. The problems on the corperate level. Really disapointed in Walgreens as a whole. This is what bad management looks like. Edit: It took me an hour to get through the drive through line to be told there was an issue with my insurance and they had fixed it and itll be filled in an hour. Great! Except that is what was told to me 3 hours earlier (now actually 4 hours earlier after the wait in line) on my first visit. They actually told me to come back in another hour. Will be switching to CVS"

"Worst pharmacy in town. The doctor send a prescription for my kid at 6pm I came to pick up the prescription at 7:30 and it was not ready. They told me to come back at 10pm because they was behind. I call the pharmacy at 10pm and they have me in the line for 30 minutes and never answer the phone, they kept putting me on hold and you can hear them every time that they was picking up the phone and putting it on hold. So, I decide to drive to the pharmacy and they didn’t have the prescription ready!!! Unbelievable, they told me that I needed to wait 15-30 more minutes. I will never going to used this pharmacy again."

"Easily the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Been coming here for a year and a half and any time I have to pick up a prescription it's a minimum of 15 minutes of waiting if not more. I tried calling them twice in the last few days and sat on hold for a half hour before being auto disconnected. The final straw is that currently I have been waiting for a prescription for a week now and they still have not filled the prescription, I checked with my doctor and there's nothing pending on their end... they said it was all pending at the pharmacy."

"This Walgreens is understaffed and inexperienced. It takes them 30 minutes to tackle two cars in the drive through. Thought it was a fluke. Came back a few days later and had the same issue. 8 cars, no movement whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and pick a different Walgreens or location for pickup."
