"Mehhh .... Nothing really there. It felt like shopping in the poorest neighborhood in Chicago. The only deals I did find were next door at Kohl's. They were having their 50% off already marked clearance."
"Went to this one the week after Xmas and I'm sorry It was disgusting. Dirty, smelled bad, and everything was a disaster. I under stand lack of staff, and Holiday mess, but this was really bad even the dollar store was better and they were packed and picked empty. Hopefully it gets cleaned up cause it's a great store for misc things and great prices."
"Bought some shoes and couldn't return them less than 24 hours than purchase. Saying that the shoes coming from Gurnee couldn't be returned so they should retrain these teenage morons. Update. "Came into this location a total of 3 times in the past few months. It’s a hot mess every time I go. This store appears as if the employees are neglecting to clean it on a consistent basis as there were shoes and other items scattered across the floor. (trip hazard for customers) Items look picked over and used and some items were stained. This place resembles a thrift store, the employees for sure need to take more pride in this location, it has been open long enough to get things together. When this location first opened it was barely stocked and appeared as if they were not quite ready to open. Shelves are barely stocked, items are all over the place, not sure if this is due to staffing but there were plenty of employees walking around on all of my visits here. Please get more organized and restock your shelves in a timely manner. There is no excuse for the way this place looks!"
"I've always loved the selection of clothing for my teenager/young adults and was prepared to spend some cash there on Sunday evening. But the squealing alarms drove me away quickly. It was awful! I couldn't even hear myself think. DO BETTER!"
