"This has been the neighborhood pharmacy for years and generally we are quite pleased with their service. Today we were disappointed to be sent away to schedule our booster vaccinations online at some time in the future after being told that walk-ins were accepted just two days ago. I expected better service from Osco as its loyal customer, or at least as good as the service at Sam's Club, which accepted me today as a walk-in and next- in-line for my booster. Under the circumstances, it seems to be in our society's interest to get as many people vaccinated as quickly as possible. I was stunned to find that Osco took a more convenient approach. They didn't even offer to schedule an appointment at the counter as I stood before them. So much shortsightedness and lost opportunities Osco...what a huge disappointment Osco's approach has been as a business, as a neighbor and as a member of the community..."
