Walmart Pharmacy 1275 Lake Avenue, Woodstock, IL 60098

"They are incompetent. And liars. I had called yesterday to see if I can get a few pills for my son since it was 2 days early for his prescription to be refilled. And he can go a day without it. She said that she would give me a few for him and it would e ready today. Went to go pick it up 10minutes before they closed and was told they didn't have it and couldn't give him any before his prescription is refilled. Its was meds fir his migraines"

"Selling defective inhalers and won't do anything other than tell you to call the manufacturer or get another RX from your doctor. So I'm supposed to pay for another Dr visit and hope the next inhaler doesn't fail"

"My son has been shorted on his prescription twice, the first time they made it right and filled the shortage of 30 pills. This second time with a different prescription he was shorted 30 pills again and when he called the pharmacy he was told that their count was correct and that he would have to wait for the camera check to see if he was shorted and no one ever got back to him and he has been without his needed medication because of this. Either someone else got his 30 pills or the pharmacy count is incorrect."

"The man working tonight (12/9/22) with short red hair and a beard not only refused me my prescription for 2 hours that I need but also had the audacity to say that my doctor had no idea what he was talking about when he prescribed me MY medication I NEED. Not to mention making me wait almost 2 hours. You work at the Walmart pharmacy. Let’s all keep that in mind. Get off your high horse and do your job, loser. I’ll be in tomorrow to file an actual complaint on how I was treated tonight. Absolutely ridiculous."
