"HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not go. They spray some kind of air disinfectant while the patients are in the room. The staff is rude and you can tell the doctor does not care about his practice. If refereed do not go. Booking an appointment is hard and you’ll usually wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment before being seen. They make you pay 150 dollars to fill out forms and they don’t take a lot of insurances and it’s probably due to their quality of service. Regret going here."
"The level of unprofessionalism in this office is insane. Dr Festus wasn’t a bad doctor to my son who is 7 years old but the black lady he has at the front is so unprofessional she doesn’t even deserve a job at Jack in The Box. She is so rude it’s disgusting. I called to ask what insurances they take and she said she doesn’t know. I asked if she could ask someone since the business doesn’t have an actual website and I was put on hold then hung up on. I called back and was told “for any insurance we are booked until November.” Mind you, my question still wasn’t answered. So I go to the office which is supposed to be “booked until November” I got there and the office was completely empty. I asked for the office manager just to find out the rude lady on the phone is the office manager, which explains why this whole business has poor reviews. I explained to her that I’m an office manager of a clinic myself and that she is supposed to be able to provide insurance information to patients. I asked her who was above her, she said Dr Festus. I told her I was going to stay and wait until he got there because she has a very nasty attitude. She got even more rude and told me to “do something” At that point I understood exactly what kind of office this is. I immediately contacted the Texas Medical Board and I’m finding my son a new doctor."
"Last month June it took 4 days for my pharmacy to receive my meds and going through it again.Due to errors in scheduling,my appointment was for Wednesday, July 6th @445p.dr.was a no show and when I contacted the office front desk and she was again rude, disrespectful and argumentative .stating again that she's not going to lie to me and tell me that she will give a note to the doctor on duty to bring attention that I cannot be without medication! This is harmful to my mental health! She's not answering the phone so far TODAY !"
"Horrible , evil and RUDE office staff . They don't answer the phone nor return phone calls. They put clients on strong dosages of psychiatric medication and don't follow up with scheduled phone appointments. Do not come here unless it is a last resort and you have a personal relationship with the psychiatrist and their personal phone number. Honestly the physicians are not the problem but their office staff is. They have no organization, no structure nor professionalism. I recommend that they fire and hire new staff."
"I come here every month for my visits and prescription medication management. Yes, there is a wait sometimes but it is well worth it. The entire staff is always very friendly and personable in person and on the phone. I also like that they take my insurance. They really do listen to you during your appointments and address all of your concerns. They monitor my vital signs and tell me if I'm losing too much weight, which had always been a problem with my diagnosis. When I have questions about my medication levels needing to be increased or lowered or even switched to a different medication they listen instead of just telling me what will it will not happen. They even ask me questions as to why I feel that need and how I am doing. They congratulate me on my progress and take the time to meet my family. I feel like I am in very good hands here and happy with their dedication and service. 5 star rating!"
