I love the variety of classes, the instructors, and the overall vibe- it always feels like you’re welcome here. "I love training & teaching here. As an instructor I strive to strike a balance between positive fun & safe techniques, as do we all. Whether we come here for fitness, fun, performance/competition prep I know we keep coming back because we love the friendly atmosphere & the mates we make. The owner works hard to solve any issues & we are always tweaking the syllabus & schedule to reflect that. Plus the mostly women-identified only space feels safe for those of us that need that too. We primarily focus on pole dance (the only studio in SA to do so) but we also offer lots of "sexy fitness" classes & workshops. Come play!"
