"Food was mediocre at best. My steak was cold. Bathroom was broke and dirty. Service was decent. They had people stockpiled in the waiting area and half the tables were empty. My first time there and I was really impressed. For the price, would definitely expect more."

"Amazing amazing amazing!!!! We came tonight 45 minutes before closing (not realizing the time). The service, food, atmosphere..everything was beyond what we expected. Especially the manager Gerald!! We had a party of 6, him and his entire staff was so patient with us. The food came out quick and tasted amazing! Gerald visited our tables several times checking on us as well as his staff. The staff came out with a bucket of mini ducks for the kids(which ducks are my grandsons favorite). With a manager as exceptional as Gerald, I see why all of the staff we encountered was the same. The best French onion soup in town. We will most definitely be back!! The only complaint…..I couldn’t eat all my food!!"

"Never had a bad experience here! In fact tonight was the first time I had a chef come out and ask how our food was! I will always recommend this location to everyone! I drove all the way from Quincy, IL and every thing was well worth the drive!"

"Trash service. Placed my order online where it clearly stated 28-33 min wait. After an hour of waiting for a confirmation my order is ready I call to inquire. I get placed on hold and eventually hung up on. I wait another thirty minutes call and get hung up on. I drive to the actual location and call and am told my order isn’t ready and will be out when it is. It’s been two hours at this point. I ask for a manager and get placed on hold. Repeated that routine four times, each resulting in a hang up. Meanwhile I’m stuck listening to how convenient and fast their online ordering is. I was very respectful and patient in every way but this is extremely rude. COMPLETELY unprofessional."

"The Outback Steakhouse located in Springfield, Illinois is a very good restaurant. We had a long day and decided to order from this restaurant for delivery. The ordering process was very simple. We were notified every step of the way. The food was fantastic. Everything was just right. The only little complaint that we have is our food was delivered with no napkins or cutlery. We would highly recommend this restaurant."
