"Due to the experience below, I cannot recommend anyone utilize the facilities at the CFOBH. The complete timeline is posted below. In total, it took half a year from start to finish to get the final document. 1. It took months to complete my testing: They require three appointments (an intake interview, a day of testing, and a day for discussing your results) with two months in between the interview and the testing day, and two weeks until the results. 2. They are slow: I was told that I would have the PDF of my results the day after my final meeting. I gave them a call over a week later and was told they were still finalizing the document and that it could take up to a week, even though that time frame had already been exceeded. After waiting an additional three weeks, I still did not have my results and had to call again in order to receive them. 3. Their work is sloppy: By the time I finally received my results, they called me by the wrong name in the document. Upon noticing this error, I immediately sent them an email asking for them to fix it, to which they never replied. I called their office multiple times a day for a week with no response. After a week had passed, I finally get a response that the report would be edited ‘in the coming days,’ a whole month after the original date they had given me. 4. I had to get my medical school administration involved in order to get them to contact me back. I was told that I would have the corrected version by the next day. 5. I still did not receive the corrected version until the next week when I had to have my school administration reach out to them again to have it sent over. Scheduled the first appointment - July 6th 8 weeks First Appointment with CFOBH - Aug 28th 8 weeks Second Appointment - Oct 26th 2 weeks Third Appointment - Nov 9th Results deadline they told me: Nov 9th or 10th 3 weeks Received results: Nov 30th Notified of errors the same day 1 week Received reply, still no corrections: Dec. 6th Was told I would have results the next day - Dec. 7th Had to get my administration to contact them again and finally received my corrected results - Dec. 12"
