"Went there for a COVID vaccine when absolutely no other establishment had them in stock. Got in and got out within probably 5 minutes. Person who administered my vaccine was awesome and laughed at my awful joke (I make jokes when I'm nervous). Noted how clean and organized the facility was. After this experience, I decided to make them my primary pharmacy because they're local and the staff was awesome. I had a prescription sent to them and went ahead and called to give insurance info and set up an account over the phone to avoid wasting their time when I came in and they were very receptive. They had my prescription ready in less than 2 hours. I came in to get my prescription, the employee working greeted me promptly with a smile. I told him my name, he gave me my prescription and I cracked another awful joke that he respectfully laughed at. I will continue using them as my pharmacy and I LOVE that they text me when my prescription is ready but don't harass me like CVS or Walgreens. They're 10/10 awesome."

"The entire team at Lemonaid Health is amazing. I have never received this much personal care and attention as they have been giving me. For instance, I visited the community pharmacy in st. Louis last week and was greeted by Justin. Wow what a nice and informative assistant. He really educated me on my medicine and took the time to explain to me how it can work differently on each individual. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The entire Lemonaid team from the doctors, to the pharmacist and the pharmacy itself truly enjoy their jobs and it shows. My hats off to the management for hiring such great employees and providing a work environment where they enjoy their jobs and over deliver on customer care. Thank you! Chris"

"Shout out to this pharmacy, mostly to, I believe his name is Clayton (could be wrong, I’m sorry. Needles make me lose my mind) I am the biggest needle phobic, probably STL’s worst at times. I was given both vaccines by him and he handled it so well and professional. I am riddled with nerves and have high anxiety when it comes to a needle and typically have “demands” such as no alcohol wipes, don’t take the cap off the needle near me and this guy, was amazing! I’ve never had someone handle my fear so perfectly. He was calm, cool and collected. Didn’t try to bully me or get annoyed. He called me by my first name and was completely understanding. Hats off to this guy. Thank you! I walked out of here not feeling judged or ashamed which is my typical exit after having to get a needle in the arm.
