"We came to pick up a curbside prescription. I called twice at the pharmacy number and nobody picked up. It was 2:09 PM so I know the pharmacists were back from lunch. After no success, we called the main Walmart number for an associate. The associate puts us on hold and comes back to tell us that the pharmacists are in. She puts us back on hold to get them on the line and it continues ringing back to her since nobody wanted to pick up the call. I try calling the direct pharmacy line one more time and still nothing. Finally, we got hung up on by the associate. I do like going to Walmart for shopping and automotive services but I will never go back to their pharmacy after this experience! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!"

"1st TIRE: got the call my tire was in. Service was great I was in and out. (About a month ago) 2nd TIRE: ignorant staff, was told wouldn't take more than an hour, took 2 hours and 10 minutes. (Ordered tire Friday service this Monday) 3rd & 4th TIRE: called to check to see if my tires were in (they are special order tires) I was transferred multiple times with no answer. Then was transferred to a manager whom put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Drove up there (still on hold) to talk to the automotive manager who first said the tires would not be in until Wednesday or Thursday. Walked me back to the automotive section then said they should be in today. (Was told with the 1st tire that they receive the delivery the next day by 9-10AM I knew this but the manager didn't...) needless to say I'm not sure what happened to the staff in a month but they are ignorant, Rude and obviously do NOT answer the phone and don't call as promised. Oh and stayed on hold from a manager (even while there) for over 45 minutes before hanging up when I left. The only reason I hung up was to call other automotive shops to price check putting a tire on."

"it seems NOBODY working in that particular pharmacy is on the same page. wanted to keep wm as our pharmacy when we moved from high ridge to st louis and had such a good exp with the high ridge location fidured there would be no problem. WRONG, they fail at properly transferring from high ridge drive half hour to telegraph and its either not ready or hasnt been transferred yet after waiting 3 dats to go get it. just ridiculous. theyve refused doctors orfers to fill certain meds. alters my mood every time i try to pick up my meds. one day this med costs 44 dollars the next day the same exact med only a different tech fills it and says 12. nothing good to say about it"
