"Allows you to sign up for covid testing online...then doesn't have any covid testing and stated I had to solve the problem by calling the 800 number for a refund because they apparently don't work with the online system and cannot report when they don't have tests so will let you sign up and pay and then not assist you. The 800 number also could not assist me with anything and told me to return to the pharmacy. Just WOW. Zero customer service on all levels."

"Prescriptions sit in the “processing” status for days unless you call the pharmacy directly, then they “expedite it” and will have it ready in 30 minutes. I’ve had to call them for my last 4 prescriptions after they’ve sat in the “processing” status and they’re always ready within 30 minutes after that. I’ve also seen the pharmacists with their masks down below their mouths and below their noses. I’m highly considering switching to a pharmacy further away so I don’t have to constantly call and remind them to fill my prescription. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews / rating here, it looks like a lot of people have left poor pharmacy reviews on the overall CVS store"
