"I'm so thankful I found Dr. Steinert. She's easy to talk to and she genuinely cares about her work. She approaches medication management with care and always offers additional resources or insight. I would also like to highlight the amazing work of Audra in the office, who has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions."
"I have been receiving psychiatric care for almost 20 years, both counseling and medication treatment and Jamie is by far the best. I use her in conjunction with my counselor and dietitian. She is a huge part of my recovery team and I trust her with my medication and health. Jamie is experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate and an advocate for her clients health and overall well being. I highly recommend entrusting Jamie with your health needs as well."
"My name is a Chelsea and I was a patient of Dr. Steinert. I started seeing Dr. Steinert in’s october of 2018, prior to that was in 2016. It was an on and off relationship due to lapse in health insurance. Anyways, I have been seeing her since October, I missed my appointment in the month of a February due to a relapse of depression and stopped my medication. I lost something in my life that destroyed me to where I felt alone and tried to figure things on my own. That didn’t work out. I reached out to her office on 2/26 pleading for a last chance for help. I apologized and offered to pay for everything upfront over the phone to prove I wasn’t going to miss the next appointment. Her receptionist declined my request bc I missed two appointments. From a business side of view, I understand where she’s coming from. However, from a patients view, I was turned away. Let’s just say I was close to harming myself, she wouldn’t have cared would she. If you plan on missing an appointment, better call in advance so this won’t happen to you. I will find another doctor who will start treatment. Dr. Steinert, you were great and very understanding. I guess the problem was more severe than I told you. I wish you well. Thank you"
"Jamie is awesome! I followed her from her previous practice, and have always been impressed by her compassionate manner. She keeps up with all my medical providers and conditions. She may not be a licensed counselor, however she has the approach of one- she listens, uses reflective listening skills and gently suggests possible courses of action. She's helped me through some rough times. I really appreciate her!"
"Jamie is just a wonderful person. She isn't certified in therapy specifically but manages to let me be very open and safe-feeling with her. Very attentive, kind and good-natured. Her office staff is incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. Never had a single problem or frustration with her or her office team. :)"
