"Been on phone back and fourth for hours and getting hung up on and treated rudely for no reason. No help at all with anything. Each person puts me on hold before I can get a word in and it’s like they all know and are playing a game or something and been on hold for 30 minutes between getting hung up on and still no answer"
"They didn’t fill my son’s antibiotic because there was no insurance on file but when I went in and gave my insurance card they told me it would still be an hour. After an hour went back in and they said it wasn’t filled and they wouldn’t fill it tonight. They also claimed to be 500 prescription orders behind and only filling prescriptions of individuals in store."
"Never have had too many issues. I will say that over the past couple of years that they have gotten worse with customer service. I am not sure if this is due to management turnover or possibly the training they recieve. Medications seem to be ready in a relatively timely manner. They were swamped, and they could use some more workers."
"Prices are good, but pharmacy is soooo slowww! When my mom was on hospice, often ran out of her pain meds and had to do emergency fill at Walgreens and a few with my dad now. Very slow."
"Long story short, they reconstituted medication wrong to give higher dosage that will not last prescribed length. Then when called about it they basically told us to deal with it. Asked us what they can do to appease us. This was already a reinfection so was ordered for longer duration for a reason. This was dealt with from I think the manager SCOTT. Have spent the entire day trying to get the remaining doses. Also the tech did relay that this has been happening there a lot. So check your compounded medications."
