"I have been gravely ill for years & OSF St Francis was more of my home than my home with my family. When not hospitalized, every month/ weeks that refills were due, we ALWAYS encountered issues with insurance. Their pharmacists & staff are beyond to notch. They go above & beyond to take care of the issue/s, find the best prices, especially Mike. Before I was bedridden on hospice but wasn't able to go inside, he came out once while my husband was getting my meds so we could meet & put a face to a name. Check your meds and see if you can benefit changing pharmacists. It's hard to come by anyone in the medical care industry to help be your advocate & help a person the way they do."
