"Had to go to pick up medicine 4 times and still do not have full prescription. They told me yesterday they had 200 of the 240 needed to fill it and would have all today. They texted me that it was ready and when we went to get it they only had 90 pills so now must go back a fifth time. This pharmacy is no good, their customer service has suffered big time."
"I requested a medication refill on August 28th. They told me they would do it, or let me know if they had questions. Then a long holiday weekend and no medicine. When I called back on September 5th and feeling terrible. They let me know they would get to it within the next few days, and if I was feeling ill to call the doctor. Call the doctor for what? To ask them, to tell you, to do your job, and refill the medicine they already prescribed?"
