So before turning my kitchen into a water park, we called Dan. He got the job done and for a good price. And Dan is one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet I almost wanted to call him Uncle Dan. I had a leaky toilet. I figured it was the wax ring so I cut off the water and removed the toilet. I put on the new wax ring and tried to put it all together but then the screws fell apart. At this point I thought I had a bad flange and was at a loss. I gave Dan a call and he determined the flange was still good, got those screws right, and also introduced me to the magic of the Better Than Wax toilet seal. And Dan is a true artist with a caulking gun. It looks better than it did before. No more leaks and my floor remains as dry as a two dollar steak. Thanks again Dan!
