"We needed several medium size projects taken care of inside and outside of our home and I had heard that Ace Handyman Services of Coppell are great to work with. I decided to book an appointment by phone. The lady that answered my call (Sharon) was very professional as well as helpful. She kept me up to date by text regarding the appointment. (Her manners are excellent.)The Handyman called me and introduced himself (Michael) asking if he could arrive a few minutes early and even told me he would be driving a small white truck with Ace sign on the door. Michael arrived and had his tools in hand when he rang our doorbell. He asked to see the areas where we needed repair work done. Michael began working within 3 minutes after looking at our projects. He worked all afternoon and did not take a break nor accept several offers of a snack / and or something to drink. Very polite, excellent manners yet refused all offers. Did NOT stop working. On a couple of projects even showed us how to maintain the equipment. We are very happy with the outcomes of the multiple items that needed to be replaced and/or installed or repaired. Michael is not only knowledgeable but is also courteous and we will be calling Ace and asking for Michael in the future. Thank you Ace Hardware and special thanks to Michael!"
