I am a new homeowner that inherited my home and was a little lost on exactly how to maintain as well as renovate the home itself. Antonio was extremely patient and took the time to sit and explain and answer every single question I threw his way about my home. The plus side of all of this is that he was genuine in that even if it was something that he could not do himself he would still have the knowledge to tell me what to look out for and where exactly to go to get the answers for whatever I need. "Antonio rehang 2 ceiling fans that a handyman from Mr. Handyman hung incorrectly. All of the screws were loose, the stem wasn't secured in place and he chewed up the heads of the screws. Antonio fixed all of that, and now, the fans don't make noises anymore. He also moved up the hanging bar in my hall closet and added 2 shelves. It looks great."

"He doesn’t want his customer to have a say on price as he only gives you a price range like $200-$300 then picks his final price from that range and you have no say. If you ever ask for a better price or discount from the price range he gives you, he will start a law-court style of argument with you. Personally, I believe customer should have a say on the price if you are giving your customer a price range and not a specific price. Finally, He made me buy a door of almost $900 from home depot and decided not to show up for installation just because I asked for a better price on the previous job he did for me which I eventually paid what he asked for and topped it off with a tip and even apologized for asking for a better price as he felt offended. He lacks customer relations."
