"I waited for three hrs in the waiting room to be seen, finally they brought me back I was in the emergency room for 10mins at the most. The doctor saw me for two mins and that bill was a little over $1,300. Crazy I wish I would of known I would of never went."

"I do not recommend this bonne terre medical facility to anyone, go to parkland hospital farmington or travel north. The doc sits and wonders if they should do test on a patient who has a golf ball size lump on the face. No blood work, no cat scan nothing but a shot. Wow, come back if can't swallow or breath."

"the imaging staff are exceptional ! they were kind , considerate & quick! my husband and I both. had multiple x-rays & A c.T. SCAN. The imaging staff got us in and on our way in very littmanageable Even making the mammogram tolerable. THANK YOU - MUCH APPRECIATED"

"While here on this visit I heard nurses and doctors laughing at a guy who was 87 years old as they said, he was complaining about his pacemaker shocking him but they say he didn't have one. Anyway. The last time the wife came in here she was having chest pains, they said she had a uti and told her they didn't know why she was having chest pains and told her to leave. This time she has numbness on her whole left side. They told her they didnt know why and told her to go home. They didnt even look into why she was having the numbness. You would be better off going anywhere else. Also while leaving the hospital they were talking about her her case at the nurses station in front of all patients and everybody else. Very unprofessional hospital. Do not recommend for anything especially if you're dying. You'd be better off driving to St. Mary's"

"I received great service, even when I had to wait for emergency Ambulance drive up, when they got to me. They were polite, professional and with great breed side manner. They were concerned and they show it. They will do everything they can and then make sure you are taken somewhere that can perform service you need. Once again, love the service, kindness, and friendliness of staff. Thank you."
