The security doors and surveillance cameras are always in good working order. Property and apartment maintenance is managed very well by Julio. The office staff is friendly, caring and smart! "I handed my review to Daphney before I moved into my apartment January 1, 2016. No one asked for one, but these were my Pros and Cons for my Luxury Apartment of 14 years and The Residences at Fountain Square Apartments. I did my homework, and this was called a Luxury Senior Apartment that I was leaving. I have to say once again, that there was just no comparing these two apartments. Hands down, Two Elevators, side-by-side and larger than some bathrooms! Beautiful ceiling fans, easy to clean! Windows you could sit on or decorate! As far as I've seen, no two are exactly alike! A community room with a Flatscreen T.V.! A Refrigerator we can all use, with cubed or crushed ice and water on the door! A huge deck with barbeque grills, tables! Did I mention a computer room, we can all use with a copier and a library! There are 2 restrooms when you walk in, which is Very Convenient, even as we visit in the community room. Listen, I could go on and on, but time won't permit. Fountain Square Senior Apartments was and still is my choice. Your Apartment hunting, friends and potential neighbors Hopefully ends here.
